Update: after posting this review, I was contacted by Carpetland. I am happy to report that they fixed my floors, put bigger, more sturdy transition pieces in and made it look like new again! I am very happy with this fix and would recommend Dylan and Carpetland! Let me start by saying- we absolutely love our carpet one exclusive LVP. It is beautiful and durable. Dylan was our sales guy and he was fantastic. No pressure, didn’t tell us the prices when we were looking to try to push us into the higher price range. My low review comes from the installation. We had our floors put in Sept 2019. We were told “Tommy is the best”. The problem is they left way too big of a gap for the floating floors, and within the last 2 years we have started getting gaps around all the edges. In fact the trim
