Rudest store managers. Horrible experience ! Sam was the first person I worked with . He doesn’t listen to what I was looking for in colors for 2 stair runners and wall to wall carpet in the bedrooms John who is the other manager that I spoke to because Sam was off makes an appointment to measure the staircases and bedrooms at the house and bring out samples He cancels 30 minutes before he is suppose to be out there the first time. We reschedule and then does the same thing again ! Don’t waste your time with them Will update this review with the company I end up Being a carpet customer

Carpetland did an amazing job on our second floor in Springfield! The service from Sam and team was extraordinary, from carpet selection to installation. I'll definitely use Carpetland when we redo our basement in a few years.

If your reading this, your probably in the market for carpet and there are so many options. I chose Carpet land for the service, the staff here are so knowledgeable and easy to work with. We had a major install and Covid unfortunately threw off our install timing but we had a mover coming based upon the original date. After speaking with carpet land, the manager personally came and made sure we were on time. Honestly can’t ask for much more than that because let’s be honest carpet is sold everywhere now adays, what you really need are good honest people that stand behind what they say and promise. I have since had more carpet purchased from them and continue to be happy with Carpet land.

We had an excellent flooring experience with Carpetland. John was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The install and finishing work was very well done and at a great price. We are so happy with our new floors!

I have dealt with Carpetland for about 25 years. They have done two separate wall to wall carpet installations for my condo. I had to have a carpet technician come to my house to stretch the hallway carpet due to a small bubble. This was due to foot traffic, not the installation. I contacted Sam, and he had a technician out to my place the very next day. Enzo was wonderful, courteous, careful, and professional. I will be back when I need new carpeting.
