We recently had the pleasure of working with Carpets by Denny Lee Flooring, and I cannot rave enough about the incredible quality and experience from start to finish! We had our entire first floor redone—hardwood installed and old flooring removed—as well as hardwood flooring added to our upstairs hallway. The results are absolutely stunning! The quality of the floors is exceptional and truly transformed our home. Working with Shane was an absolute delight. He was extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He really took the time to understand the vision I had for our home and helped us bring it to life with a high-quality product at a competitive price. Great job guys. Had Shane out for the free estimate and he picked up on our retro diner theme right away. Didn’t have material sample for exactly what he had in mind so he had it rushed in for us. Made the easy decision to go with them over a competitor and real happy we did. Trey’s team came in and knocked it out in a couple days and their attention to detail is awesome. Laid it out ahead of time and made it all work so nice in this cut up area. All the little trim is nice and neat and they kept it clean and somehow quiet for all the work they did. Excellent experience from start to finish. When I walked in, I only had a vague idea of what I was looking for, but John and Shane helped me find the right carpet in the perfect colors. Scheduling was a breeze and I was able to book a date that worked for me and my timeline. Steve and Bob were professional and hard-working. Kudos to Steve who worked all day to finish the job when Bob had to leave unexpectedly. I highly recommend Carpets By Denny Lee and will definitely use them again when I get to the rest of the house!

We recently had new carpet installed in 4 rooms and vinyl flooring in another room. It is all beautiful and was finished in about two and a half days. I am so pleased with the work they did. Shane, our salesperson, was very helpful. The whole experience was easy to plan and the flooring is perfect! I highly recommend Carpets by Denny Lee.

Despite a great recommendation from my parents, I had a less than stellar experience. I was assisted by Andrew who gave me a rough estimate but told me he would get back to me with final numbers. The next day he said the space was larger than he thought and that the cost would be $1,000 over the estimate he gave me the day before. When I expressed that was way more, he apologized and said he would talk to his boss to see if he could get a lower price, and call me right back. That was a day ago and still no word. Decided to use another company instead. I understand an estimate is just that, an estimate but a few hundred dollars difference is reasonable vs $1,000. Just felt like I was being taken advantage of.
