Buying your first home is both exciting and stressful. Being in the construction industry myself, I know the importance of picking the right people for a job. For such a large investment, there were certain “must haves” I had for picking an inspector. I wanted to know exactly who was coming out to my home. I wanted them local. And I wanted documented experience, reputation for thoroughness, and certifications. Steve checked all these boxes and more. He really took the time to explain and give advice on every little detail. My wife and I are in the process of building a new house in Bel Air and reached out to Steve for a pre-drywall inspection. He was flexible and attentive to our schedule as we had a small window from the builders to get in to inspect. He was very knowledgeable and documented and explained in great detail every thing he found, major and minor. The final report was very helpful and he was very attentive to any follow up questions/clarifications. We would definitely recommend and will hire again for another inspection when our house is completed in a few months!
