Super highly recommend Joe for any wildlife issues you may have. He came out within half an hour of calling him about a bat in the basement and then showed exactly how they (bats, snakes, mice) were getting in. Totally shocked to realize so much of the house wasn’t sealed. He came back out with Brett, sealed the entire house and then did extra that he noticed along the way at no extra charge. He installed exclusion devices at two points which allow any critters to exit the house, but no re-entry possible. He then comes back at a later date to remove the devices and then seal the spots they were over. He also put a cage over the dryer exhaust because the spring that would normally keep the flap closed was gone and was an open doorway to critters. Great communication, super timely, very neat

I called Platinum to get rid of Squirrels after some other bad company just patched a little hole and took my money. Joe came out within a few hours. He Went up onto the roof. Discovered the HUGE area where they were coming in and out, he installed metal drip edge from the shingles to the gutter , installed a no reentry trap door device so they can’t get back in! He was there for 2-3 hours and inspected the whole gutter edge area for any other openings . No more Non Paying tenants! Joe was great and explained everything he was doing, how much it would cost and what to expect!!! I would give 10 stars!!!

I contacted Joe to fix a problem with birds nesting behind my shutters on stone siding. He has a permanent solution to the problem that really works. See the pictures. His work looks fantastic. Joe was knowledgeable and informative regarding the squirrel problem in our attic. He identified all the places around the roof of the house where they were gaining entry. We had squirrels who made a nest under our solar panels, Joe removed the nest and installed the wildlife guard to prevent them from returning. One squirrel didn't want to leave so he left an opening for it to leave on its own and came back to close it up once the squirrel was gone. Initial install was done in a day, and at a far more reasonable price than the estimate we received from a larger company.
