Quick shout out to #PlumbCrazy for fixing me up over the long weekend. Working in real estate I come across a lot of service companies. PlumbCrazy is the only plumbing company I call. My home was built in the 80s and constantly needs plumbing updates. They have installed for me a new well pump, multiple hose bibs, faucets…you name it they have fixed it in my house. I called at 8 am Monday and they promised to get to me buy 2 pm as I had no water. They prioritized me and were there by 10:30 am the same day. Diagnosed the problem quickly and figured we had to dig out well cap down about 5 feet to access the part. They fixed me up the same day and had machinery there within the hour. It was also the first time in a long while where is saw the work that went in and was shocked by how affordabl

Tom was friendly, professional and worked quickly. Work was done in less than 4 hrs. He removed the old water heater and installed a new one plus expansion tank. Even added shut off valves that i didnt have previously. I will definitely use Plumb Crazy in the future.

Great company to deal with. I had them come out to replace a indoor water shut off and the plumber did a great job. Showed up right on time and the price was reasonable for the work done. They are now my go to for doing plumbing work as needed.

Front lady there name Katie has a rude attitude and terrible customer service. Next time I go to ask for help I prefer not to talk to her a nice guy name Rodney helped me after speaking with him my experience got better as a older lady I thought it was extremely helpful talking with someone who didn’t disrespect me my daughter had to pick me up later that day due to not understanding what I was saying distracted the whole time on her cell phone with out any communication on why I couldn’t get a reply. The crew came and fixed my home thank you plum crazy better luck next time my son says she stinks anyway haha!

I had a pipe burst under my house. I was lost and I had an appointment with Plumb Crazy. Rodney came out, assessed the issue, showed me everything that led to it and fixed it for me at a great price. Everyone that I had contact with from Admin to Rodney was so nice and professional. I have a fixed pipe and water now. Thank you Plumb Crazy! I'll definitely recommend you guys to anyone with a plumbing issue.
