It is always important to me that customer service and the relationship with a business feel positive. I went to Kent not knowing anything before purchasing carpet and he was very helpful. He educated me about pricing, quality and sales so that we would feel comfortable with the process. We love our new carpet and I know that if we ever had any issues in the future we could reach back out to them with no hesitation.

Had carpet picked and scheduled to be installed then were told we 1. Needed to pay in full before carpet was installed or even delivered and 2. That we would have pay their contracted carpet installer separately, when we questioned this suddenly the carpet installer had ‘canceled’ and our carpet was no longer available- not like we would’ve continued business with them anyway. Save your time and effort and just go next door to Menards for same prices and way better service.

Called to see about getting laminate flooring installed. He wanted to know if will get from them, when found out what i wanted to get from, he said to have them install it and he wouldnt do it! Sign said they install other peoples flooring, but guess not! Take it off your sign then!
