I am very happy with the flooring we put in our home. Paul, the owner was very patient and was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He is incredibly knowledgable and willing to share that knowledge to help you make the best decision. He was very helpful in putting the flooring in my truck and securely fastening it as well. Donna and Sue were very friendly and welcoming and helped me to find the right carpet. I would highly recommend them. They also have an incredible selection and I think their prices are very good. In the past 2 weeks, we have had carpeting, luxury vinyl planking, and luxury vinyl tiles purchased & installed by Carpets Plus. The owners were so knowledgeable and helped us determine the best products for our needs. The installers were polite and neat but clearly skilled and handled every intricacy without a problem. We'll go back to finish the last room in our home!

Carpets Plus (Paul and staff) did a nice job helping us pick out a new vinyl plank floor for our kitchen and bathroom. When we were ready, they provided a quick turn around and had the job done in that same week. Also, Tom installed the product and it looks awesome! After the entire job was done, it looked like a brand new house. He was very friendly and nice to have around the house for three days. Now after they have completed the job, my house value probably increased a couple of tens of thousands of dollars. We are very happy.
