Carrier Heating & Cooling

The Carrier HVAC unit in my home is almost, but not quite 25 years old. About six months ago, or so, the heat exchangers started leaking. After three bids from various HVAC companies (two of which stated that the warranty was defunct, wanted to replace the entire unit; one said we were still covered). We went with the more optimistic company; thus saving us a bundle of dough.
