I do not recommend using this company for lawn installation. We hired Phil Carrier in 2019 after a great initial meeting, a well-laid plan, and his assertion that "we were in this together" and he would work with us to have the best lawn possible. He was content to spend his first summer after the lawn installation mowing crabgrass and not taking action to improve the lawn. I had to prompt/pay him to add a crabgrass killer/preventer after the weeds swarmed the newly growing grass. The following year (two years after the initial install), when the lawn looked as it did before he started working on it, he decided to send our soil to an analyst for chemical composition testing. He did one treatment for acidic soil and laid seed (which we watered daily for weeks) and then did not hear from h

I have used This team for some general work in my yard..... and totally depend on them for all of my winter snow removal needs. I never have to worry about them arriving as promised and their work is consistent and just what was requested. Thanks for keeping things the way they need to be!

Wow. Just shocked after 6 years of service that quality has gone straight below 1 star. So disappointed in non response to weeding flowers, not weeding weeds, and now when trimming bushes, trimmed blooming flowers and groundcover. Deplorable. Not one response to management company or reaching out to board members.

Carrier crew does exceptional work and quality work!! Would recommend for all your outdoor needs.
