I paid in advance for parking for a Caps game parking was supposed to be covered from 11 am-6 pm. When we got there they told us the garage closes thirty minutes after the game.

We regularly park for caps games here but they also overbook on spot hero which causes us to have to find other parking. They claim to have a sister garage that honors their parking codes but that is not true.

We placed an online reservation on January 1st, but when we arrived the gate was closed. Apparently they weren’t open on this day, but still had the option of buying a space online. When we called them they said they couldn’t give us a refund and we had to find parking elsewhere.

Garage was full, but there was no sign out front saying so. Attendant was rude and unclear about how to then leave the garage, and got angry when we could not find the exit again trying to turn around
