Carson Pest Management performed a rodent inspection at our rental property that lasted less than 15 minutes. During that time, the technician did not inspect the attic, crawl spaces, or walk the full exterior of the home. Despite this very limited inspection, the house was deemed to have only limited rodent activity. Concerned by how brief and incomplete the inspection was, we scheduled a second pest control company the same day. Their technician conducted a thorough inspection—including the attic, crawl spaces, and exterior—and determined there was moderate rat and mouse activity present.
