The staff at Carter Floors Marble Falls are amazing. Dana, the tile guru in the sales office was wonderful, understanding and patient and helped us select the most gorgeous tile ever. She was so easy to work with and super organized. The tile installers did a superb job and worked long hours to get the job done with minimal disruption. Their work was perfection. Also subcontractors Kenny(plumbing) and Kevin(drywall ) did amazing work. We had our entire master bath demo’d and remodeled and we could not be happier! We highly recommend Carter Floors and more in Marble Falls!

Our Carter Floors experience was wonderful from start to finish. Dana was amazing and so patient with us in picking out what needed and I mean SO PATIENT. We were probably there everyday for 1 1/2 weeks for carpet and tile for 2 bathrooms! Any issues we had with installation was quickly resolved. We are so happy with the finished project and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dana Price was so helpful, knowledgeable and guided us through the project of tile and carpet on our recent renovation and Horseshoe Bay. Her insulation people were incredibly talented and timely with their work as well.
