Carti's Plumbing

I would like to commend Eric and Adam on the fantastic job they did working on my water heater! Eric and Adam had a positive attitude the entire time and were very helpful in their suggestions on how my water heater could be more efficient. If I have any plumbing needs in the future I will call Carti's Plumbing and ask for Eric and Adam by name.

They came out to take some pictures of our water heater and said they would be giving us a follow up call.. weeks went by with no call so I finally had to call them . They answered the phone very unprofessional and rude just asking what I wanted and that they had no idea of anyone coming out and would supposedly get back with me for more information which I doubt. They were the ones who had installed our water heater and now it’s rusted in less then a year so they obviously did something wrong and need to come repair it.

Definitely choose another plumbing service if you can. The main person communicating is short and needs to improve communication and customer service skills. I will not be using their services again.

I just want to thank Eric for coming out and fixing my busted water line!! After 3 days of no water, an infant in the house and getting the run around from other "Top name" plumbing companies, Eric with Cartis plumbing was the only one to come thru and do the job 🙏 Thank you Eric!!! You were quick and did a great job for a very reasonable price!!

Wow... they were here for 5 minutes, literally, and charge $125 to show up. That is the most expensive "trip charge" I have ever heard of. I called them back and they won't even pick up the phone. Not only will I never use them again, I will make sure to let everyone I know to choose ANYONE else. There are 1000 better options than these guys. ps... they don't even accept credit cards!
