0/10 probably the worst experience I’ve had with a company. Since day 1 it’s been nothing but bad customer service. I had a quote Victoria gave to my designer, Nicole Pier. I had zero information besides what was quoted to me, therefore we wanted to come see in person to see the type of cabinet we were quoted on. When my family and I were in the area one day we decided to stop by and check out the store to see the materials. As a first time client, we didn’t receive any warm or welcoming feeling from Victoria, in fact she was very short and rude. Come to find out from Nicole, she was on she way to a meeting and we were taking up her time, which is fair but she could have communicated and asked us to book an appointment since she was on her way out. Tom Caruso and his team were professional and experienced. He redesigned our twenty-year-old kitchen and provided solutions we didn't know were possible. Tom had great ideas and recommended other vendors. He was respectful of our budget and did not oversell. His staff were friendly and helpful. If I build a new home or renovate again, I will insist on working with Tom. Our end product is what we wanted.

Tom and the installation team were quick to answer any of our questions or concerns. During the install, the team was attentive to details and addressed any minor issues quickly and with professionalism. You can tell it is quality work.
