Just had Cary heating and air conditioning install a RenewAire ERV for our home. it was thee absolute best experience ever! Nick Becker was by far the most knowledgeable of all the HVAC people in the area that I contacted. Just an absolute pleasure to work with. His crew that installed the unit were complete professionals. The installation was total perfection and we couldn’t be happier. *update- they did end up calling and refunding us our service fee. I would not recommend this company. Since we don’t go down there everyday, two days after our furnace was serviced (by a very nice technician) we found water in our basement because the drain hose on the water softener had been pulled out of the drain. I don’t know if he pulled it out to better access the furnace (the drain is directly in front of the furnace) or if he knocked it out accidentally, but enough water sprayed out to damage an entire wall in that room. When my husband called to notify them of this, the person he spoke to suggested that maybe it got knocked out by a child, a pet, or it fell out on its own and there wasn’t anything they could do about it. Received a clear estimate with options that fit perfectly in my budget and for what I needed. Another easy schedule for an installation that met my availability. Thank you so much for the installation of my new furnace! Very nice company to work with and when the guys were done, they helped me to figure out the air flow to all the registers. Very timely and super professional and a great American Standard furnace. I'm very happy.
