Called to see if I could request a quote for some work on my main drain. I mentioned my husband attempted to snake it without any luck l. Also, mentioned that TJ Plumbing had come out and had attempted to snake as well. Also, that TJ's had in addition used the drain camera and determined my main drain trap needed replacing. The lady that answered the phone seemed upset that I used TJ's and unprofessionally called the company untrustworthy. She flat out told me that they would have to attempt to re-snake and camera for a quote which would cost me more money. Seems this company is more interested in petty rivalries than customer service. I don't know anything about these companies other than I needed a plumber so it makes no sense to get upset with a customer for using a different company bu

They take care of their customers, they have taken care of me for almost 3 years. Once, when I was late due to forgetting about the bill, they were forgiving and just asked for the cost when I showed up months later. It wasn’t that I was avoiding the bill, I just forgot and a bill wasn’t sent. I had one slight issue where I wasn’t scheduled in because they were booked out for weeks and forgot to pencil me in. After calling once a couple weeks later, I was immediately fit in as available. I called around the time they told me I would be serviced and they took care of me within a couple days. There was no discussion, it was just “you promised this” and they honored their promise!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!! I called through a referral from another company I've worked with in the past that was unable to help me. I had my Hot Water Tank blow out the bottom and flood my basement on a Friday afternoon. Derek returned my call within an hour and within 3hrs I had hot water again. I have 3 children under the age of 3 and with the amount of laundry, dishes and bath giving I do on a daily basis, I couldn't go even 24hrs without hot water. He came right away, did the job he was asked to do and was in and out within less than an hour. I couldn't have asked for better service regardless, but for a Friday night at 8pm, he and his partner went above and beyond to get me what I needed. I am so thankful to them and will recommend them to anyone I can in the future!!!

I called and scheduled an appointment last week for today. I was supposed to be the 2nd call of the morning. I called Casale shortly before noon to see how much longer it would be. I’m 99% positive the lady I spoke to must be on something. She kept saying it was Wednesday (it’s Friday) and they don’t work on Saturday (again, it’s Friday). Then she said I’m not on their list of appointments and there was nothing she could do. So I took a day of vacation and drove from Buffalo to Dunkirk for no reason, I’m so frustrated I want to scream!!!

Travis was our technician he did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend Casali to anyone. In need of a reliable honest heating company.
