My recent phone request was dissatisfactory. In the past I was very pleased with thier service and I'm saddened by the change in quality of customer care I received. I understand it is the off season so pkease take that into consideration as you review my comments.
They were very knowledgeable and helped me after I opened the pool for the season and get it clear.
