John did a great job removing 70ft of obnoxious hedges along side my driveway and shed in preparation for a fence.He excavated, cleaned and graded in a narrow space with total regard for mine and the neighbors property and trees.The area looked great when done. He was on time, professional, courteous and easy to contact. John does good work and is very reasonable which is why I’ll definitely be using his service’s on my other properties in the near future.

Super satisfied with John and Papierski's Property Serices. I had a huge issue with flooding whenever it rained, my yard would hold 10" of water for days. John came in forwarded dawn to dusk for 10 days and completely reworked my entire back and side yard adding drain tile and many other things to finally get the water off my property. John was very forthcoming throughout the process with information and transparency. If you want the job done right without corners being cut, John is the person you want doing the job.
