A large pine tree fell and landed on the roof of our house at 10 PM, 2 nights before Thanksgiving! I left a message at 11PM that night. Aaron called the next morning. His crew was out for the Holiday but he came out himself that morning to remove the tree from the roof and inspect the damage. There were 3 holes in the roof that would be a real problem if it rained or snowed. So, Aaron went back to his shop and came back with materials to patch the roof for me! Truly a life saver and well beyond the call of duty for "tree care". His crew came back after Thanksgiving to finish the job, cutting down the rest of the tree and removing the remains from the property. They did a great job. I was completely at his mercy and yet his price was very fair. He took no advantage of my highly compromised

I had a huge pine tree fall in my yard on a Sunday and left a phone message with Cascadilla first thing Monday morning. I got a callback in about 10 minutes, owner came out to inspect about 15 minutes later. He said they had a light schedule due to the holiday week, and he might be able to come that afternoon...otherwise next day. The tree was gone by early afternoon. Cascadilla has done tree work at my house several times -- the first under the old owner, and a couple more times under the new owner. I used to get quotes from other companies (and I even used another company once, recommended by a neighbor, and they weren't as good). Now I just call Cascadilla because they are prompt, efficient, and the price is reasonable.

Called Cascadilla Tree Service regarding pruning of our fruit trees, and a neighbor's tree, whose branches were extending over our driveway. Aaron came out the same day and gave us the most reasonable estimate. It was a small job, and so it was agreed he would schedule it in-between other jobs he had. With the wind storm we had in Ithaca, Aaron was flooded with additional urgent work, making it harder to schedule our job. We were finally on the schedule, and he and his crew arrived promptly, and worked efficiently, getting the trees pruned and the clean-up done, before we knew it. Will definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone who asks.

We had 2 trees removed, both quite close to our house and pool - one was a huge old tree hanging right over the roof. The crew was awesome - both trees in one day, the yard and surrounding flower beds were completely undamaged, and everything was cleaned to perfection. Their price was comparable to other companies that I called, and their work was highly efficient and satisfactory. Thanks Aaron and crew!

I had a tree fall on my house. We called several different tree services and could not reach anyone or were told they were booked up. Cascadilla was called and they had the company co owner at our house in less than an hour. His estimate was reasonable and we made arrangements for them to remove the tree the next morning since it was after 5 PM when we finished our joint inspection. The crew showed up on time and got to work. In less than an hour they had the tree down and cut up. About 30 minutes after they left the co owner stopped by the house to tell us that since it took less time than estimated he was going to give us back our check and cut the price by $100. That is something I can say has NEVER happened before with any service I have used. I plan to use them in the near fut
