MidState installed a drainage system in my basement. The crew was quick professional and they left the area cleaner than when they started. They were very willing to send lots of pictures and give alot of updates which I found very helpful because I was not in the area while most of the work was being done. I will absolutely work with them again in the future.

We had a great experience with Midstate. Had our stone basement repointed, an erosion issue @ the corner if our foundation fixed, & a new sidewalk put in. They were very knowledgeable & professional throughout our entire project. Will definitely be calling them for future projects.

Eric and his team were a pleasure to work with. They provided prompt, professional and quality service. I would highly recommend them for all of your basement needs. Work we had done was floor and wall encapsulation, foundation parging and install a sump pump and dehumidifier. Amazing from start to finish. Antonya got back to me ASAP after submitting a request. She also kept me up to date on when materials would be delivered. Bill came out to inspect the issue, was very personable, and answered all my questions. He also took the time to ask questions and understand where the issue may be happening and how it could be fixed. Dan came out to fix the issue. He did a great job of explaining what needed to be fixed and how it was done. I have not had a lot of luck with companies since moving to Binghamton, but Midstate was great throughout the entire process. I will definitely call them for any issues in the future and recommend anyone having basement issues to do the same.

My dehumidifier location was challenging, and the Midstate installers worked with me to get it just right, even when that required moving it after the initial try. I really appreciate their patience and creativity to deal with my old house!
