Con artist. Review probably won't even matter at this point since they're out of business. They installed a gas furnace about 2 years ago. Within the first year, I corrected 2 small issues the installers made which caused the equipment to malfunction. I didn't squawk at all, it was quicker to just do it myself, although I did inform Dave Casey (the owner) of the issues, who told me over text what to do to correct their mistakes, which I had no problem doing to save them trips out here for a 1 minute fix. Seems that they then filed for bankruptcy last year. Fast forward to a week or 2 ago and the furnace started malfunctioning, in the middle of the brutal winter we've been having. Turned out luckily to just be a stink bug in the pressure tubing, which AGAIN I resolved myself, only this time

I had a mini-split installed to replace an old unit which was beyond repair. My sales contact, Rich, was creative in giving me some different product options and responsive to my myriad questions. Scheduling an installation during the busy season was actually easy, and they sent an excellent team to get the job done in one day. The techs were top notch in all regards. My sales contact was very responsive to following up on a couple of post-installation items, and promptly took care of everything for me. The best part is my Fujitsu split system works so much better than my old unit. We are very happy with our selection of the product and the Casey team. Honestly, just really poor customer service. Took them five weeks from deposit payment to get me an install date. Was told installation would take a day, it took three. Coil is constantly freezing up, system is not working correctly. Repeated calls have gone to voicemail and are never returned, now more than a month after the problems were initially reported. The HVAC guys and electricians that came to my house seemed to be good, hard-working people, but the folks in the office are just not. Really wishing I had gone with someone else. I'd advise that you learn from my mistake.

We just had the Navien combi installed and what a beautiful job they did. Very friendly, professional, prompt, and clean. Absolutely love my new system. Thank you Casey's for your time and efforts ensuring me the best possible service. I would recommend that if you need to upgrade use Casey Heating and air conditioning Inc. For the amount of work that needed to be done to install the new system the price was fairly reasonable. The team was respectful, efficient, and caused no damage to my walls. Their ability to run minimal wiring and venting in an older home was remarkable.
