I called on Friday morning and they were able to come Friday afternoon to assess my well problem. We were without heat -- they promptly came the next day to repair my well. The office was courteous, responsive, and professional. The mechanics were skilled, able, and professional. I am very impressed with this company. Thank you for your expertise in handling and replacing the pump to my well.

DO NOT call CASOLA for any work. **NOTE** I have a wheelchair-bound, disabled husband who can not just relocate on a whim because of incompetence. This is what their customer service rep actually suggested we do! CASOLA did not show up to do scheduled work on two different occasions, then claimed not to have any paperwork for on job. (Yet somehow the rep on the phone knew exactly what the job entailed...?) On Friday, they sent a tech at 4pm to make up for the no-show. He did not complete the maintenance job, instead found a new leak (?!) and said someone would come to fix it in the morning. When they didn't contact or show up like he said they would, I called the company again. I own a horse farm water is critical. I had my well go out. I called Casola and very quickly the Boss Bobby came out. Right from the start this was a fabulous experience. Nice, kind and a very professional assessment. Next morning the men arrived and made the BIG repair perfectly and in record time. I am so grateful to this man and his company! Our well pump was on its way out so I called up Casola, whom we have dealt with them since the 80's. Jennifer the secretary was very friendly and polite. They sent someone out same day to give a diagnosis. An estimate was delivered next day. The Price was fair but decided to shop around just to see where the other were coming in at. I called three other company's all local within a 30 mile radius. One was to busy to show. I left a voicemail for another who never got back to me. An another who returned my call 2 days later but said they were busy but could get to me within a day or 2 to diagnose the problem. Called Casola back to give the go ahead.
