United Metro has reasonable prices both for the cost of oil and for a contract. They always call a day or two before delivery to let you know they are coming and are pleasant to speak with. I never have to worry about deliveries and they come once a year to clean my burner. What more can I ask for! Anytime we have needed them for an issue with the burner they have been quick to respond. Technician’s are polite and respectful of being in your home. Highly recommend!

Great Company and great service. Had a minor service call tonight and Kevin, the service tech, came to the house very quickly. He was incredibly professional and worked through the issue with me. He provided insightful tips and was very helpful throughout. Very impressed with the timing of the service call and Kevin’s ability to walk me through the issue, while also providing advice for me going forward. I highly recommend.

SUPREME SERVICE & GOOD PRICING. I've been dealing with this company for well over 8 years. They have a Superior customer service dept. I wish I had everyone's name. Although, Robert is one of the gentlemen that helps me and Always reminds me when he thinks I'm low on oil fuel. And he's always right!! I am so very happy with this company. I took the recommendation of a friend, and as a result, have been using United Metro for many years. This is is the best oil company we have ever used. The people there are all very nice as well as always polite and helpful. Deliveries are on time and done professionally. They also use bio-fuel to help the environment. I just called them to ask for last years transaction report so I can use it to save money on my taxes! I would recommend them highly to anyone.
