I had a very positive experience working with West Flooring. They were very responsive and communicative. Especially during this crazy pandemic they stayed positive and professional and set realistic expectations on timelines for materials and install. I loved the amount of options they had for my flooring needs. Anthony and Nick worked with me day in and day out to get my custom flooring perfect for me.

I was hesitant about getting new floors installed because I would have to live in the same place during installation. There isn't much space available to move all the furniture to, so I figured it would be a hassle. After chatting back and forth with Nick, they assured me they could do the job with little inconvenience. They were able to come while I was at work and before I knew it, the job was done. They were fast, while still providing quality work. And let's not forget, of course, the amazing floor that I now had. The quality of the wood is excellent as far as I can tell, and the unique color really makes a statement. I would definitely recommend.
