This is a reliable, honest and skilled company. They have done our repair and maintenance work for years and have always done great work. When it came time to replace our unit, we got three estimates, and decided to pay just a little more to have Cason/Premier do the job due to their track record of excellent work. They gave us the lowest price possible, and we were happy to pay a little more for the quality we received.

Chad and his team were very fast and professional. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and had our house cooling again in no time. Very reasonably priced, we definitely have found a great Company to help us comfortable in our home year round.

Both Chad’s did a Great Job! With me being a service tech myself in a different field know the importance of communication with the customer. Chad did a superior job of doing that. He came out the first trip and diagnosed the problem and found the issue. He showed me his findings and order the part. He returned two days later and completed the job and kept me in the loop the whole time. Everything is now now working Great!!! Really appreciate the Superior customer service!!!

6/30/21 Had my ac for 18 years in covington. Called them to come fix my ac the 1st time in 2008 since they installed it. It ended up being the fan motor. They fixed it and it ran for another 13 years until the capacitor went out and Chad replaced it. It's been running cold and 💪. Also, Recently my mom had an issue with her ac and I called them to come and look at it. They found the problem quick and we are waiting on the parts for next week. They are professional and know their stuff. Pricing is fairly reasonable as well. If you need any heating and air work being done, I truly recommend these guys. Past and present experience with them has been amazing. Will give an update next week :)
