We purchased our stone to use as backing for a freestanding fireplace at our home in Riggins a couple years ago and it is just beautiful and we have had numerous compliments. It was easy to work with once we got the hang of it and very pleased with the whole process. The salesman was helpful in getting us just what we needed and my husband being in the building trade was happy with the product and ease of installation. We would highly recommend this product to anyone and have several times. If there seems to be a problem with people thinking it is unreasonable time from ordering to delivery better get used to it as this valley is growing by leaps and bounds and you need to be patient. Too many people from out of State want it now and now means yesterday to them!! Us being in the build

We have use InsulStone off and on but have been unsatisfied lately. They never deliver when promised. They can be up to 2 weeks late. We also have to call them to find it out. Very poor customer service. We will be looking for another resource.

I'd give no stars is possible. They don't pay their bills anymore, and I don't mean during the covid19.
