I called three other technicians and when Henry came he fixed my problem right away., And did not charge outrageous prices like the others. Highly professional.

If I can give 0 stars, I would. I have a fridge on the fritz. Not cooling properly. I was recommended Castro’s from a family friend. They were supposed to send out a technician for a service call on Thursday (2/23/2023). It is now Tuesday (2/28/2023) and no technician came. After several calls and messages, they stopped responding. No call, no show. They didn’t even bother. The reviews speak for themselves. Stay away from this shady business.

Well here it is, 5 stars for Castro refrigeration, I purchased a French door fridge from Castro in 2015, and I am putting it to the curb today in 2023, for a fridge to last nearly another decade for $800. is nothing less than 5 stars, thank you again.

Great service as well as products love how they remember you, make you feel like family been going to them for years. My mother always went to them then I took over. Louvre you guys always.

They canceled the appointment numerous times and only after I kept calling to follow up to see if they were coming. Whoever answers their phone is rude
