I had my gutters put on a year ago, I had a heat cable attached to my roof to prevent icicles. The owner reassured me that I would not need the cable with the new gutter system. So he took off the cable and actually cut it which I was not happy about and threw out the cable. Well that winter I had big ice dams and we had a couple of slips due to the ice. I called Catalino and the manager assured me they would come and reinstall the heat cable when they had a chance. After multiple calls and vms since January and her assuring me they would be there, no one came. I finally received another call from her recently stating that her husband the owner was upset that she told me they would reinstall the heat cable. Glad I hired Catalino. I bought an older house that needed gutters and drainage replaced and revised. It was a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish with these folks. On our scheduled date they were prepared and smashed the job out in one day. Nice group of guys that did the work. Very happy with the results. The price was competitive and they left no trace.

Catalino Gutter Systems is great to work with. They have superior phone service, a responsive team who attended to all details on my home with (3) roof sections. Two years ago, they replaced all my gutters, and it was high quality efficient work. I am writing a review now because last week I thought I had a new problem with one of the gutter sections and they responded quickly. It turned out the problem was my own failure to get the gutters cleaned in a timely fashion. Bottom line, "5 Stars" -- respectful, diligent, knowledgeable, responsive.
