Called Cato’s Paving requesting ADA compliance and paving estimate in Hayward & San Leandro for commercial strip center and 18 unit apartment building. Inspector promised to get out there ASAP and get back to me. A few weeks passed with no follow up, I called and though they knew about the order nothing had been completed on the order. The company promised to get these estimates out to me after they spoke to inspector. Another few weeks passed, called again same story. On my third attempt a few weeks later, the receptionist promised to call me back in 20 minutes, she never did. At this point, I am looking for any company that can assist in paving and painting for commercial and residential apartments. This company is asleep at the wheel!

I had a very unpleasant experience with this company’s truck. While I was backing out of a parking space, the driver honked aggressively at me for no reason, then later cut me off dangerously once I began driving. This kind of reckless and rude behavior on the road reflects very poorly on the company. If this is how their employees act in public, I would be hesitant to trust them for any job.
