C.A.T.S. Home Inspection School - Fishkill

I have just become a graduate of the C.A.T.S home inspector school.I attended there fishkillschool lead by instructor Pete Damiano. I have been in construction for 40 years and figured this would be a breeze, and as I learned through the 4 months of training this is a completely different world from what I am used to meaning there are specific state rules and laws that are extremely important in this field. Here's the great part. lead instructor Peter Damiano was also a contractor for many years and is now a professional inspector. Pete was amazing at transitioning myself as well as others in the construction industry into being well educated as a home inspector. Pete also has the amazing technique to fully teach those who knew very little about construction.He is always available to talk

Pete is the best! What an instructor. The knowledge he brings to every class is more than you could ever ask for. It's not all lecture, sharing stories and experiences he has had throughout his career not only keep things in perspective, but are very entertaining. Man or woman, it doesn't matter, this is a very welcoming environment and my classmates were great. Working long hours can be tough on learning a new skill, but this class fit right in. The mock home inspections are so informative and motivating that you never want to leave. Best experience ever.

I recently completed the CATS of Fishkill program with instructor Pete Damiano and he really made it quite simple.
