He showed up, immediately understood what was going on, and fixed it the same day. Professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. You can tell he really knows his craft. Jay and his team seriously go above and beyond. I used him last year to install a water softener in my home. I got a quote from him and a couple of other local plumbers. The other plumbers I contacted were clearly going to cut corners and they were also quoting me higher! Jay did an amazing job with the installation. Jay also takes the time to explain everything and he answers all of my questions clearly and thoroughly. Other things I really like about Jay is that he texts me back and returns my calls within a few minutes almost every time. Recently I was having an issue with my sump pump. I was told by another well known local HVAC company that I needed an expensive repair on my water heater, but after a week of waiting, they told me they were waiting on parts. I called Jason and after a quick conversation, he talked me through some troubleshooting to discover it was a clogged exhaust vent (ice). I will definitely be using J. Meister going forward and will recommend them to anyone looking for top plumber.

Updating my review, Jay came to the house again for another stellar plumbing job on 01-19-26. A year later and still the best. Finally found my go to Plumber. After searching reviews online for a local plumber to fix a leaking pipe under my kitchen sink, I found J. Meister Plumbing. Jay returned my call promptly, came to the house and fixed the problem. Jay was a true professional and offered a price that no one else could beat. I was honestly looking for someone like Jay instead of a Large Corporate Plumbing Business that just wants to Nickel and Dime the customer for their money. I would recommend J.
