I have a prepaid 4 year service contract, it is a great value if they still offer it. My technician Maurice was excellent, professional and friendly. He came when he was expected, he did a thorough cleaning and inspection, and explained everything he did to me. I would highly recommend their services. I've been a customer since 2019 when they installed a new boiler for me. All of their employees are professional, respectful and always do a great job.

I am so very pleased and greatly appreciate the hard work and professional service from beginning to end that Vito and Larry did at my house. They took their time in diagnosing and fixing a major toilet clog and sewer leak I had in my downstairs bathroom. I am so glad folkes home service sent them to my house. Not only did they clean my toilet that was an explosive sewer explosion, they very skillfully sent a camera through the main line going underground throughout my downstairs rooms. They even moved the washing machine to see the pipes behind it. They jetted the lines, pulled out some awful items that were cloggig, cleaned out grease build up and so on. Vito completely explained in great detail the problem and repairs. So now thankfully toilet is clean by them and clog is resolved. A

Update: As frustrated as I have been with trying to get scheduled, I am happy to report that as of this morning, Folkes has gone out of their way to restore my faith in their business. I ended up scheduling with another local contractor and I spoke with Joshua Waxman from Folkes reached out to make amends. I am greatly appreciative of it. I also want to say that I have never been unhappy with the quality of work done by Folkes, my only complaint was with the lack of communication, and today they went above and beyond to make me feel better about how their business is run. I have used Folkes for services in the past and had wonderful things to say. The work was good, technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. I recommended the company to anyone saying they were experiencing plumbing or
