CB Air Conditioning and Heating

As usual CB AC and Heat was on time, courteous and clean. After completing the service Kaleb put everything back in place and removed the old filters. The UV light Kaleb added at the last service took care of the issue we had.

Pre install- Brendan and Belinda were absolutely outstanding to work with. Brendan came out to give us a bid on our gas furnace HVAC system and was professional, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through everything in detail and made sure we truly understood the options and the bid itself. Belinda was just as amazing. She patiently answered all of our questions and made the entire process feel smooth and organized. CB Air Conditioning came out and did a fantastic job fixing an issue a previous company failed to diagnose correctly. Belinda was excellent in getting the tech out in a timely manner and I really appreciated her following up the next day to make sure we were taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about CBAC & Heat. My heater wouldn’t come on at all, so I called their office manager, Belinda and she had someone out by lunchtime. The first tech , Nick was very courteous and worked very hard to diagnose the issue. Being a new technician he kind of struggled figuring it out, so the service manager, Corban stopped by and they worked diligently to figure it out. It ended up being an electrical issue. I am so thankful that they were willing to do whatever was necessary to get my heater up and running. If you are looking for someone you can count on to get the job done, look no further than CBAC.
