I had a great experience with Plumberoo from start to finish. The plumber came by to fix my faucet, which had been acting up because there was a lot of debris built up in the pipes. He arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to explain what the issue was in a way that was easy to understand. Everything was cleaned out thoroughly, and my faucet has been working perfectly ever since. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Plumberoo to anyone looking for reliable plumbing work.

Gary from Plumberoo was absolutely outstanding! He came out to our home late Saturday night (Nov. 15th) after I called expecting to reach an answering service — but I actually got Gary himself. Even though he was finishing another job, he headed our way right after. We had clogged toilets, and I was so grateful he was willing to come out so late. He got everything working again and even ran a camera through our outside pipe, where he discovered a large hole. On Monday, he sent his team out to dig and repair it. We were shocked to find that someone before us had tried to “fix” the pipe using Saran Wrap and a garbage bag! Thankfully, Gary’s team handled everything professionally and correctly. Their service was excellent from start to finish — responsive, knowledgeable, polite, and fast. T

Outstanding job! Gary was our 2nd opinion on a $27,000 broken pipe nightmare. He arrived when he said he would and got right to work. He got everything unplugged and showed to my satisfaction that we had no problems other than a grease buildup. His pricing was fair and inline with what I would expect. Gary at Plumberoo is like a modern day McGiver. He’s a master plumber who has been in the business for 37 years. He was able to diagnose our water issue out at possum kingdom lake and replaced our hot water heaters and replaced our sink and shower cartridges as well. He did a thorough job and offered impeccable customer service. So glad to of finally found a plumber that I can trust to service our lake house.
