The tech Westley did an outstanding job repairing our unit. He was very knowledgeable and helpful when I asked questions. Very honest and straightforward. I will definitely be using them from now on. Parker County Cooling and Heating provided a thorough review and diagnostics of an old HVAC system that was failing. David gave a detailed review of the components and explained what the risks were to continued use and the costs for repair along with an assessment of likely future maintenance. Following a previous inspection the news wasn't surprising and was consistent with another vendor. Jeremy took time to sit and walk through replacement options to determine our needs and budget. The personal touch of a local business is important, especially when the trend with large, regional or national businesses is little to no customer care. The installation crew was excellent and they communicated about the project and answered all questions about the system configuration, set up, and use.
