CB Convenient Appliance Services

Our refrigerator stopped cooling. Needed a new fan. Late Saturday afternoon I called CB Conenient Appliance Service for the part. I was going to install the part. The gentleman answered, was super nice as I explained my delema to him. He stated he would help out but it would be at least an hour. That was fine with me. I sent him the photo of the model and serial number. Well, a hour went by, then another hour, then another hour. I texted the number aksing if he had time to look for the part. Well he never called back like he said so I could get a part. Moral of the story: Call back and at least tell me you were not able to get to it. Do not just ditch ditch me. Not cool at all.

Sunday morning I found I needed a door switch for our dryer, and CB was the only one I found that had one, he also was open on a sunday afternoon. Really nice guy for me bugging him on a Sunday. Over the phone he told me a good work around for the part I was missing. I'd recommend checking with him for any appliance parts or service you might need.

Geoff is awesome! He came out and serviced our Speed Queen. While he was here, we asked him some questions relating to other appliances within the household. By his responses, my husband and I could tell he was knowledgeable, personable, amd shot from the belt. We highly recommend CB Convenient Appliance Services for any appliance needs and will be using them for future needs.

What a nice pair of guys! Father and son. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I just went to get a part to save money and Geoff was super open to giving out knowledge to make sure I fixed it right. Very honest and stand up operation.
