C&C Carpet Cleaning and restoration

What a great experience! I contacted Charlie about steam cleaning some very dirty carpets for my Dad before he moved into his new place in Okeechobee from Texas. I left a voicemail at about 7pm and heard back the next morning. He was so friendly and priced better than anyone else I called for a quote and his voice didn't change at all when I mentioned the carpets being pretty light colored, lol. I live 45 minutes away from the home, and asked if he could just go do the cleaning without me being there. No problem at all he said! He accommodated the specific day and time I requested, text to confirm the day before, sent before and after pictures when he was done, and sent an invoice with many options to pay. I sent over a Zelle, and that was that! He couldn't have made it any easier for me!

I looked on many, many help reviews and saw all of these positive accolades for Charlie at C&C Carpet Cleaning. My parents carpet looked like it was unsalvageable but they didn't want to get a new carpet. I cannot tell you what an amazing job Charlie did. The carpets look absolutely brand new and I never thought they would all come clean. He has a lot of integrity and really cares about what he does... I highly recommend him.

I reached out to C & C carpet cleaner today as I had a very wet 9x12 wool rug. I was anxious, speaking with Charley he put me at ease. Charley came to the house saw my problem, went to work. Water extraction. We have a plan!! I have no doubt, my rug will be back to the way it was. Thank you C & C
