Easy delivery. Jonathan S., friendly from the start. I assume that is because he is genuinely a nice guy. Fast. In & out, in under an hour. 5stars easy. Room not an issue. If further door, spin around and blindside/ tandems to rear. No worries. Might be little different if busier, but not much.

WARRANTY DANGER I caution you do not warranty any Carrier parts. They make you sign up for their program. Then you have to walk to people at the counter through the program. After they tell you the return is completely finished. You will have to call when they have not sent you the money and then walk the warranty department through how to get you back the money. Really shady. We will no longer honor any Carrier warranties as the labor to get the money back from them is intensive. Any small business owners beware of Carrier Enterprises If you even call for a part. You’ll be on the phone for an hour , even if you know the part you need , model number everything. Don’t try the online app. You can order everything wait a day and they’ll call you back laughing at you that you even tried an

Please explain why it takes almost 4 hours to unload some 100 pieces... especially when your Charlotte (NC) facility could probably have done so in 2 hours. And stopping to take LTL trucks doesn't help either. These guys obviously don't believe in FCFS.

In my 10 years of using supply houses in the Raleigh area, I have continued to receive nothing but the worst experience from CE out of any of the supply houses locally. From waiting on hold for 45 minutes-1 hour to even speak with someone on the phone, to consistently dropping the ball on calling you back, and incorrect orders. I’ve called at least 7-8 times within an 8-12 month period to get set up with equipment pricing and have been told I’d be passed to a salesman multiple times with no response or call back. I’ve had multiple orders mistaken including a customer that waited over a month for a warranty coil to be shipped after being told 1.5 week lead time. Only to be told a month later, after consistent calls about the order, later that there’s a coil in stock that superseded the exis
