Every time I stop in at the Carrier Enterprise branch on Shader Road ran by Jeff Hughes I’m blown away by how buttoned-up the crew is. The counter team knows their inventory cold, pulls orders lightning-fast, and never hesitates to track down a hard-to-find part. They treat contractors like partners, not numbers, and it shows in the way they remember your name and ask how the last job turned out. Top-tier service, solid stock, and genuinely good people—can’t ask for more.

This is for the engineers, why is this so difficult for you to fix? By far the worst out of all manufacturers. This is a 3yr old unit. Every Carrier unit always needs tape on the panel insulation. It’s always stuck to the frame, when pulling the panel off.
