$309 fee to have them make an initial visit and create some design ideas shortly after the visit. A gentleman arrived and spent some time with us, and said it would take a week or two to get back to us with initial ideas. Three to four weeks later he texted that he was on vacation and very busy, and accidentally put our file in the ‘completed’ pile. Then he said he’d work on our project designs, but it would take a couple of weeks because he’s so busy. He promised to send some rough cost estimates as well. He did send two SketchUp abstract diagrams of terracing configurations, no designs, and no cost estimates. This is now at least two months later, with very little information. We had been clear that we wanted to pursue -this year - an acceptable design if feasible, so he knew we weren’t

Pontz installed our pond and it is drop dead gorgeous. When first installed, it was not quite right and they quickly came back and took care of it. We could not be happier (nor could the fish)
