C E Thurston customer service cannot be matched !!! If i need materials and CET has it, I get them within 24 hours however it isn't uncommon to get them the same day. They do not rely on a third party for deliveries. When the materials I order need a certification or specification, CET provides it. More specific CET will not send me materials that cannot be used in the shipyard industry. That is very important in our industry. My salesman is attentive, experienced, and extremely knowledgeable on the shipyard industry and the products CET stocks. He has become a valuable resource for me. I entered the industry with no shipyard logistics experience. If your company is looking to improve logistics as it pertains to shipyard materials. C E Thurston needs to be the first company you call.

I have always had a great experience with C. E. Thurston. They are knowledgeable and are able to locate hard to find items. I recently needed a 1-1/2" annular cutter for an emergency job, and they were able to get it to me the same day.

This C.E Thurston isn’t anything like it used to be now that they moved to the new location. Before they were more customer oriented and actually knew there customers especially being I’ve been comings here for 7yrs now they don’t have a clue who you are and don’t even help load up material they just say sign this push your material to you and walk away again NOTHING like it used to be but our orders remain consistent an error free Ill definitely give them those kudos.
