OK, I am not going to comment on their driving skills. I'll leave that to Karen I and Karen II. What I am going to comment on is the work. The guys hit ALL the important points. They arrived for the consult when they said they would, +1. They assessed the job (root infiltration of the backflow valve) and gave a reasonable estimate, +1. When they showed up to do the job, they were again at the job site when they said they would be. The job took less time than the estimate, +1. The work was professionally done, +1. When the invoice was presented, it was for less than the estimate, +1.
