They have made 2026 changes in service & in quality. You can really tell the difference in how much they care for their customer's concerns. Down to earth good wholesome people that have your best interest. They're really good at what they do and very educated on things you wouldn't have thought of. They're experts in a wide range of things. I'm glad I chose them to help me with my chimney issues. I will definitely be back for more business. Chad's a real stand up guy 👍🏾

I had arranged for CELT to winterize our swimming pool. An hour and a half before our appointment, they asked if I could reschedule. Chad said noon the following day would work. At 11:32 he said they were on their way, so I was ready and waiting. At 12:22 I was told they forgot something, had to grab it and we're on their way. At 1, I told them to call off the job. At 1:13 he said they were there and had been since 12:45 which wasn't true. Had they been there at 12:45, I wouldn't have canceled the appointment at 1 p.m. They wasted an hour of my time after rescheduling to accommodate their schedule. If you want a vendor who is dependable and respects your time, look elsewhere.

I hired Celt Services LLC in March, 2025 to install a new dishwasher. The tech was very friendly. However, the installation was subpar: the dishwasher was not centered properly, which prevented it from closing correctly. The gasket was exposed, and there was even a screw protruding. The brand new dishwasher would not start and when I reached out was informed I’d get charged more to figure out why. Unfortunately, I learned later the dishwasher wouldn’t start because of the faulty water line connection had began leaking immediately after installation. This leak went unnoticed for two days, resulting in extensive water damage to my wood floors and surrounding cabinetry. Specifically, approximately 60 square feet of stained wood floorboards warped, and the cabinet wall bubbled due to water
