Celtic Oil Service

Not happy! I was very happy at first when Celtic said they could get here pretty quick to deliver oil for us. They were supposed to arrive on Monday and told me I had to wait here all day. They never showed up! I called several times to try and find out when they were coming and all I got was they are still out there. I called the next morning and was still given no time frame. I needed to step out for 10 minutes and left instructions with my son in case they showed up the 10 minutes while I was gone. Sure enough they did. The man was angry that the driveway was slippery and stormed off. I called and they said the driveway was not plowed and they couldn't reach the spicket. They also said they were there the day before(that was news to me) and that they couldn't get up the drivew

This company makes my life easier. Excellent service from driver to my phone order... AND I SLEPT THRU A DELIVERY and they came back immediately after I called to apologize. I love them and even when it's maybe not the least expensive . I can trust them and they are very accommodating to me. Thank you celtic! !!!

Most unprofessional people I've dealt with. Called on Thursday Dec. 28th requested a delivery and gave them my debit card for prepayment. Delivery was scheduled from Saturday Dec 30th. Saturday at 6:00 pm still no delivery. Called Monday new years day left a voicemail no answer no call back. Called on Tuesday morning January 2nd, a mean unprofessional lady answered the phone stating that they left a voicemail that the card was declined, I told her that this is not true since I never got any calls from them and that the bank account has plenty of funds in it. She hung up an me. Called back to try to talk to her also hung up on me. Now she's not answering any of my calls... Avoid doing business with these guys...

Worst ever, not sure what the deal is with these people... not sure what I did to these guys but, john apparently doesn't want to deliver to me... I usually pay cash or check and never had any problems, john was a good guy when I meet him, but this time I paid bank card and I decided to order more then usual this time so I needed to move some more money to that account before they charged it.. and I asked her to charged it in an about an hour that way there wouldn't be any problems, but I got a message from her saying it was declined and they can't delivery oil, so I check the bank and it was all set and then called them back and they never answered, so I left a voice message and no reply, so I called from my work phone and she answered and said she spoke with john and he wont delivery oi
