Eduardo’s customer service is the worse I have experienced in years! Eduardo is rude, unwilling to help and unprofessional. I called and spoke to someone in management, however management seems to not care how bad their employees’ customer service is!

This company has lost my company's business over a refund less than $100.00 that was never paid to me. I was told 10 to 14 days and nothing, I've called, e mailed, and recieved nothing but excuses. This was in November and it's now January and still nothing. Outside of this experience their service isn't great at the counter or in their yard. I have spent thousands of dollars over the last few years with them, but never again. Great job guys!

Customer service inside was wonderful. But when I got sent outside to get my items, thats when a few of us just got left outside no service for over an hour. I went in and asked why we were not being helped, thats when someone went into the back and obviously told the lazy forklift operators to get to work. By the time the forklift operators FINALLY came back after leaving three customers (me included) just hanging, there now was a line of customers all the way past the loading area and into the street. Don't know if it was break time or just lazy operator's,but not a word was said to anyone that was just left to hang.
