Center in the Square Garage

Park Roanoke has always been amazing to me. This garage is very clean and the elevator is brand new. While I do not like that they removed, the window from the elevator, the new cab is absolutely stunning. It looks like something you would see in a 5 star hotel or fancy office building. Jamie and all the Park Roanoke staff are amazing.

Clean, decent layout, $8 per day, central location to walk around in downtown Roanoke. They now have contactless payment (see QR in photo).

Was stuck in the garage on Saturday night. The machine to take money said it was "inactive". The bar wouldn't go up. The phone number for assistance led to an after hours answering machine. Ended up calling Roanoke City Police, they said the would try to reach an after hours repairman, but that the garage had a history of problems. What should we do when this happens?

An absolute pain to deal with. The website isn't very helpful with trying pay. The directions on the parking garage aren't clear either. It was so much nicer grabbing a ticket on the way in and paying on the way out. I don't trust that this company is even going to take care of my payment info or personal info.

DO NOT PARK HERE. Terrible experience with non-functioning equipment and non-caring remote attendants. Parked here as it was the recommended garage of our lodging, The Liberty Trust. Came in Saturday and the attendant said their machines were broken and she was taking $5 because there was an event going on. Sunday morning comes and there is no attendant and we know we need a ticket to exit, so we pay the "Lost Ticket" full day rate, $8, at the kiosk and drive to the out-gate. The machine will not read the ticket that we just paid for two minutes prior. We tried all the possible variations of "bar code up," smoothing it out, etc. then called the remote attendant. We may have woken her up, and she refused to open the gate, coming up with a long list of actions we had already taken, hanging u
