The service tech and response time were amazing, cost way high. I googled average cost $150-300, we paid $335. We are on freezing temps on a snow storm eith my one year old grand daughter, so I just paid it. Hassam, our tech, was great though and very informative and very kind in understanding our situation. He does not set the price and I would use him on a personal level again. The 4 stars, not 5, is strictly because of the high price.

Ryan was a great technician. Friendly but professional. He was knowledgeable and helped us quickly decide on a plan to update our furnace. The company offered prompt appointments so we could schedule the inspection & install without delay.

Charles and John were exceptionally professional and quickly completed the work as hired and were mindful of my needs, comfort, and had a customer first mindset. I also worked with Jason who was an exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable sales associate. Couldn't have asked for better service from start to finish.

Jy arrived on time and preformed the AC tune-up at my house. Jy was curious and knowledgeable about with his explanations of what tests he was preforming and showing me the results. There was a couple of items that needed attention and showed me the items in question. Jy gave me the estimate of what items needed fixed. I had him do the repairs and he shows me the test results after the items were replaced. I highly recommend Centerville Heating & Cooling/ Five Star Home Services for your AV or heating service needs. A++ service.

Luke did a great job coming in and giving us all the info about a new HVAC system. He was very helpful.
