Didn't know they write tickets while you're still next to the car trying to pay for the parking, I'm new to the area so I didn't even realize who this person was next to me. All they tell you is "sorry, but I already printed it" after noticing you. Nice people, but corrupt system. No wonder local businesses are empty, people don't wanna drive to them and park at these busted meters with ParkMobile not even registering the location. All I'm gonna say is I'm keeping myself parked in the garage (not owned by the city) and getting a haircut somewhere else near my shared studio (sorry local businesses, can't support you because of these thieves). They will waste no time to collect from you the $30.50 you could've used to cut your hair or buy your dinner with moments later, like from a community

I have lived and visited many major cities. Downtown Orlando is by far the worst parking experience that I have ever had. It’s not the amount of parking or the locations. It is the way that they have it set up. Every other major city I’ve ever gone to, even overseas, cities allow you to feed a meter. The experience is so unenjoyable downtown Orlando that I have just stopped coming here for recreational purposes. Half of the meters are broken and take your money and when you let them know about it, they say sorry but you can’t have your money back. So they can make mistakes and have broken meters but yet we can’t get refunds. If you are one minute over, you will get a $27 parking ticket though. They write people for the craziest stuff. If you’re late paying any parking citations, they will boot your car and then charge you a $100 to remove it along with all the other citations you owe. Make you pay in cash will only give you 24 HOURS TO FIGURE IT OUT. If you can’t, they will tow your car and you have to pay the impoundment fee and any charges that go with it. Merry Christmas to me. The $300 that was going to be used to catch up on any other bills has now been wasted on this BS. BE VERY CAREFUL PARKING IN DOWNTOWN ORLANDO FRIENDS.

Terrible. Every spot seems like it's 3 inches smaller than it should be. The stairwells always stink. Every day there's some person taking up two spots and you end up having to park on the roof and coming back to a 150 degree interior. And you will be familiar with the stairwells especially on the East side of the garage as the elevator is broken half the time.

Not good directions at all in getting to this place for the first time. Make sure you get good directions.
