Don’t be confused by the one star because I give 0. My 77 year old mother just left this location and was completely disrespected. She made a payment at this location and a few days later, the phone was disconnected. Therefore we made an additional payment to turn on her phone because Metro PCS had no record of a payment that she made to this location. I told my mom to visit the location with her receipt and ask them if they can research where the payment went. The “men” at this store began to make disrespectful comments and poke fun at my mother because of her African accent. Complete ignorance at its finest. So my mother gave them the same lack of respect upon leaving the store. She even asked them to speak to me to explain and they told her no. Several male employees poking fun at an
